Well the day is finally here. It’s feels like a dream….The last 9 months have been spent writing, planning, revising, interviewing specialist consultants and finding incredible corporate sponsors to take part in a program that has never been offered anywhere, before today.

“I AM Change from Within” grew out of a networking chat between Sue and Donna. Donna talked about how photography exposes a fleeting image for the world to see and how her client is often blown away by the visual power of her own inner image, but has trouble recognizing this part of herself. Sue agreed that in coaching, establishing and keeping self image is incredibly illusive and began to wonder out loud, how life coaching and photography might support each other to help women find their true inner core image. The end purpose would be, helping woman to radiate that unified image all the time, not just occasionally.
The question became, “ How powerful would self image become if a woman could bring “Who I AM” to the outside world every day? Life-essence coaching was born and so was this incredibly powerful transformative program incorporating mind, body, spirit AND style.
